This Riesling is made from only Rhine Riesling grapes from vineyards located in the Novacella and Varna area. The vineyards stand at an altitude of 700 meters on gravelly soils of morainic origin with sand and silt. Harvesting is divided into two parts, the first when the grapes reach optimal ripeness, while the second takes place when the grapes are slightly late in ripening. There are also two vinifications and both are carried out in separate stainless steel tanks, after racking the wine is blended and aged for 6 months in steel.
Bright straw yellow. Apricot, green apple, citrus, flowers and hay. Fresh, savory and balanced.

Separate fermentation in steel of overripe and unripened grapes. Reassembly with aging in steel on fine lees for 6 months.
