The 100-year-old, free-range vineyards from which this wine is made are scattered among the most vocated areas on Etna's northern slope. After a 10-month maceration, the resulting wine has an explosive, mineral bouquet with hints of exotic fruit and herbs, the thick, silky sip is enlivened by vibrant acidity for a very long, fresh finish.
Golden yellow. Yellow fruit, buttery notes, honey, toasted, balsamic and mineral notes. Full, firm, savory, balanced and persistent.

Fermentation in a single 20 hl oak vat with maceration in contact with the skins for 10 months. Aged in steel for 4 months, then 12 months in bottle.
