Zidarich winery's Prulke Venezia Giulia Bianco Igt is a white wine composed of 20% Vitovska grapes, 20% Istrian Malvasia grapes and 60% Sauvignon grapes. Grapes are macerated on the skins in open vats without any temperature control. Following majolica fermentation, carried out in large oak barrels, aging takes place for 24 months in medium-toasted oak and French and Slavonian barrels. The result is a unique and enveloping golden yellow wine.

The Vitovska grape variety grows exclusively in Friuli and practically only in the Karst area. The name probably comes from "vitez," a Slovenian word meaning "wine of the knights," or the name is thought to derive from the Slovenian town of Vitovlje. The grape variety has always been little considered, but since 1960 some growers have begun to recover it, and in 1996 it was legally recognized as a cultivar.

The name Teran probably comes from the German word "ter," meaning tar, because of the very dark color of this grape. It is characterized by a not very compact, medium-sized cluster with large berries and a very thick skin. Teran is typical of Friuli and grows mainly in the Trieste Karst area on red soils rich in stones and iron. It is thought that this grape was probably described by Pliny the Elder as "Pucinum."

Kamen is made from VItovska grapes vinified using Karst marble containers.
