Pinot Noir Reserve "Vigna Ganger" is the most prestigious red wine from the Girlan winery. It is an intense and elegant wine that owes its name to the area where the vines from which it is made are planted. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks with one-fifth of the clusters not destemmed and a maceration on the skins of about 25 days. The wine matures for 20 months in barriques and completes aging with 18 months in bottles before release for sale.
