The Fongaro winery, makes this wine from a grape variety native to the Veneto region, cultivated on soils rich in minerality. Typical of the Lessini Mountains area, in the hills between the provinces of Vicenza and Verona, it is capable of yielding wines that are unique and highly suitable for sparkling.
Golden yellow with very fine perlage. Roasted almonds, dried fruit, coffee, buttery pastries, minerals. Gentle effervescence, acidic, savory.

Fermentation in stainless steel at 15/18°C and prise de mousse after about 8 months. Maturation on its own yeasts in the bottle for at least 60 months, then for 30 days the bottles are rotated daily by hand before disgorging.
