A wine with an elgant and persistent perlage, with a mineral taste and scent typical of the territory on which the Durella grape variety is grown, indigenous to the Veneto region and typical of the Lessini Mountains area in the hills between the provinces of Vicenza and Verona.

Early September

Fermentation in stainless steel at 15/18°C and prise de mousse after about 8 months. Maturation on its own yeasts in the bottle for at least 84 months. Once aging is completed, the bottles are rotated daily by hand for 30 days before disgorgement.
