Pas Toi represents a challenge for La Plantze winery: to add a pure Viogner to its cellar. This grape variety offers grapes with soft scents that are perfectly balanced in Pas Toi. The vineyard stands at 550 meters above sea level and has a full southern exposure. This young wine, aged in barrels for 10 months, results in a bright straw yellow color and is soft and mineral.

Faint, bright straw yellow. Hints of dry, ripe apricot, floral and spicy memories( dandelion and carrot notes). Soft and mineral.
