La Plantze

Straw yellow with golden hues. Exotic fruit, yellow-fleshed fruits, citrus, vegetal notes, flowers, buttery notes, spices. Fresh, savory, balsamic.

La Plantze winery's "Ferox" is inspired by the producer's passion for the Loire and its unmistakable winemaking and winemaking traditions.  It is made from the best bunches of sauvignon selected and subjected to a 10-day maceration on the skins. It is aged in used barrels for a minimum of 9 months. It is a fresh, savory and elegant white wine.

Et Cinis from the La Plantze winery, is a rosé wine that comes from vineyards located 700 meters above sea level with completely southern exposure. The must is macerated in amphorae for three months and is aged again in amphorae for 9 months with bâtonnage. The result is a wine with a luminous pink color, saline and elegant.

Pas Toi represents a challenge for La Plantze winery: to add a pure Viogner to its cellar. This grape variety offers grapes with soft scents that are perfectly balanced in Pas Toi. The vineyard stands at 550 meters above sea level and has a full southern exposure. This young wine, aged in barrels for 10 months, results in a bright straw yellow color and is soft and mineral.

"Nagòtt" from the La Plantze winery, is made from native Valdostan co grapes grown at 750-800 meters above sea level on a unique plot in the commune of Saint Pierre. Grapes are harvested between late September and late October, with overripening on the vine. Maceration and fermentation last for 25 days in steel, while maturation is carried out in barriques, with frequent batonnage and no filtering before bottling. It is a fresh and savory red wine.
