'Nagòtt' Vino Rosso 2019

"Nagòtt" from the La Plantze winery, is made from native Valdostan co grapes grown at 750-800 meters above sea level on a unique plot in the commune of Saint Pierre. Grapes are harvested between late September and late October, with overripening on the vine. Maceration and fermentation last for 25 days in steel, while maturation is carried out in barriques, with frequent batonnage and no filtering before bottling. It is a fresh and savory red wine.
