The vineyard is located on an ancient moraine soil rich in sands facing south at an altitude of 650 meters. Cultivated using the Guyot system, it is surrounded by orchards and forests in a typical alpine terroir. For the production of Chambave Muscat Flétri, the grapes are harvested and left to dry in boxes laid on a barricade of Verrayes stones. The dried berries undergo a cold pre-fermentation maceration for 36 to 48 hours. The wine matures for one year in steel containers and then is aged for 4 months in the bottle.
Brilliant golden yellow. Dried and candied fruit, honey with herbal and balsamic notes. Sweet and smooth, fresh with citrus notes.
