The wine takes its name from the Colle Ozio location in San Gemini in the province of Terni. Here stand the vineyards with which it is produced from a selection of Grechetto di Todi and Grechetto di Orvieto grapes. The soils are located at an altitude of 290 meters and are clayey-calcareous.
