L'Albereta takes its name from the vineyard where the Vernaccia di San Gimignano grapes are grown; the tufaceous soil is located in the Sienese hills near San Gimignano. The grapes are grown organically and the bunches are harvested when fully ripe, with rigorous selection in the winery before vinification, which takes place at a controlled temperature.
Straw yellow with golden hues. Quince, flowers, spices, butter, hydrocarbon notes. Full, fresh, persistent, spicy and floral notes.

Fermentation in temperature-controlled oak barrels. Aging for 12 months 70% in oak barrels and 30% in cement. After blending, a further 8 months of aging in cement and a further 12 months in bottle follow.
