Falcone is considered a cornerstone of Apulian oenology. It has been produced since 1950 interpreting the tradition of the area, with a rigorous selection from the oldest Nero di Troia vineyards in blends with other indigenous varieties, aged for 14 months in fine wood and at least an additional year in bottle.
