Made from vines over 90 years old, it is aged in oak for 12 months before resting for another 18 in the bottle and is a wine rich in aromas and scents, truly unique.

Fermentation in stainless steel with maceration on the skins for 3-4 weeks with two daily delestages. Malolactic fermentation carried out in barriques. Aged in 50% new oak barrels for 12 months, then 18 months in bottle. No filtration or clarification.
