ES is a sweet wine and is made only from Primitivo di Manduria grapes grown in the province of Taranto in the Manduria countryside. The 60-plus-year-old vines are grown in the most natural way possible, with very little chemical treatment. Harvesting takes place after the clusters have withered on the vine.
