Sterpi is the result of the producer's decision to want to revive Timosrasso, an almost extinct and undervalued grape variety, which he has bet on. The vineyard stands at 280 meters above sea level with a southern, southwestern exposure in the municipality of Monreale on very old calcareous clay soils characterized by high temperature excursions.

Montecitorio is made from Timorasso grapes, a very rare and until recently underrated variety. The vineyard is located in Monreale at about 300 meters above sea level on chalky soils facing east. It is a wine suitable for aging that is the result of meticulous grape selection and the creativity of the producer.

Costa del Vento is a white wine born of passion and the ability to go outside the box. It is made from Timorasso grapes grown in Monreale on soil composed of blue-gray clay marl facing southwest. The vineyard stands at an altitude of 300 meters and was planted in 1990; the harvest is done manually and great care is taken in the selection of the grapes.
