Montecitorio is made from Timorasso grapes, a very rare and until recently underrated variety. The vineyard is located in Monreale at about 300 meters above sea level on chalky soils facing east. Costa del Vento is a white wine born of passion and the ability to go outside the box. It is made from Timorasso grapes grown in Monreale on soil composed of blue-gray clay marl facing southwest. The vineyard stands at an altitude of 300 meters and was planted in 1990; the harvest is done manually and great care is taken in the selection of the grapes.
