Cascina CastletSold out
Passum represents the rediscovery of the drying of red wines. The name recalls some famous wines of antiquity obtained by over-ripening or light drying of grapes. Carefully selected bunches of Barbera grapes are harvested and then placed in special boxes in air-conditioned rooms where the drying process takes place, the duration of which varies depending on the vintage.
Deep garnet red. Red fruits, tobacco, spices, licorice. Warm, firm, intense, soft, balanced, slightly tannic, lingering.
