Tal Lùc is a passito wine produced in a very limited number of bottles . Verduzzo Friulano and Riesling grapes are grown in San Lorenzo Isontino, on a gravelly, calcareous plateau, poor soil that naturally limits vineyard yields. After harvesting, the grapes are placed on racks to dry for 120-130 days in a conditioned environment that prevents the formation of mold, and it is the slow and gradual drying process that is the secret to the quality of this wine.
