Gris takes its name from the vineyard from which it is made. Pinot Grigio vineyards stand on the plateau near the village of San Lorenzo, with a cool, breezy Mediterranean climate due to the proximity of the sea on limestone soil that imparts minerality to the wine.
Intense straw yellow. Mineral notes, medicinal herbs, dried flowers, mint, fruit, toasted notes, cookies. Enveloping, savory, persistent.
