Skerk's Venezia Giulia Terran Terrano is a pure teran, a symbolic vine of Karst viticulture and a relative of refosco. A wine that manages to bring out the typical characteristics of the terroir such as the freshness and delicacy of its aromas as well as powerful tannins. Left to macerate on the skins for 15 days in wooden vats, it then ages 1 year in 25-hectoliter barrels.

Malvasia Venezia Giulia is an orange wine made from Malvasia Istriana. The vineyards stand on the Karst plateau on red earth and limestone rock soils buffeted by strong Bora winds from the northeast. The vineyards are grown organically without the use of chemicals have a very low natural yield. The grapes after harvest are vinified in the cellar dug into the limestone rock.

Vinification takes place in open wooden vats in which spontaneous fermentation and 15-day maceration in contact with the skins takes place.
