Malvasia Venezia Giulia is an orange wine made from Malvasia Istriana. The vineyards stand on the Karst plateau on red earth and limestone rock soils buffeted by strong Bora winds from the northeast. The vineyards are grown organically without the use of chemicals have a very low natural yield. The grapes after harvest are vinified in the cellar dug into the limestone rock.
Bright golden yellow. Resins, honey, apricot and dehydrated apple, citrus marmalade, Mediterranean herbs, candied fruit, light mineral notes. Firm, savory, full-bodied, iodine and resinous notes.

Spontaneous fermentation in open wooden vats, without temperature control, with maceration on the skins for about 4 days. Aging in oak barrels of different capacities for 12 months followed by another 5 months in bottle. Conducting malolactic fermentation. No clarification or filtration.
