Blanc du Blanc is a Metodo Classico sparkling wine produced at high altitude after 10 years of experimentation. It is made with only Priè Blanc grapes, fermented partly in steel and partly in large oak and larch barrels. Degorgement takes place no sooner than a 15-month rest in bottle.
Straw yellow. Green fruits, cut grass, flowers and pepper. Savory, slightly bitterish, fruity.
