Trebbiano Spoletino is an indigenous grape variety, typical of Umbria, that grows in a south-facing loamy clay soil. The vineyards are free-range, over 90 years old, and for vinification the grapes are fermented in steel and aged for at least in the same containers, then bottled.
Intense straw yellow with golden hues. Notes of citrus, flowers, tropical fruits, herbs, mineral and brackish notes. Juicy, intense, fresh, savory, mineral.
