Sassocarlo is a wine made from Trebbiano and Malvasia del Chianti grapes harvested in surmaturation from old vines grown using the biodynamic method. No interventions are made on the vines for cultivation, respecting the land and keeping close ties with traditions.

Very intense straw yellow. Broad and complex, ripe fruit and light roasted notes. Full-bodied, fat and soft, with a very long persistence.
