Bright ruby red with garnet highlights. Red fruit, orange marmalade, dried fruit, spices, graphite and balsamic notes. Warm, tannic, slightly bitterish.

Fermentation in stainless steel with temperature between 25 and 28°C with maceration for 10-15 days. Aged for 10-12 months in French oak tonneaux, then in large French oak barrels for 6-8 months and finally for at least 4 months in bottle.
