The Primitivo from which Polvanera 16 is made is grown on red iron and limestone soils that rise to altitudes between 300 and 450 meters, in the San Benedetto Vineyard. Vinification takes place in steel to bring out all the peculiarities and characteristics of the grapes and the Murge territory.
