Antoniotti

Bramaterra Riserva DOC is the true highlight of the Antoniotti winery. A superb wine that ages a full 30 months in Allier oak barrels. Antoniotti's Bramaterra is made from a blend consisting mainly of Nebbiolo with a balance of Croatina, Vespolina and Uva Rara. The vines, more than 40 years old and located in Martinazzi, rest on porphyry soils of volcanic origin at about 400-450 meters above sea level. After careful manual harvesting of the grapes, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation takes place in the cellar in vitrified concrete tanks buried for 20 days. The liquid ages for 30 months in large oak barrels.
