Obtained through slow fermentation and subsequent aging on the noble lees, the Timorasso Derthona produced by La Colombera shows a complex aromatic bouquet in its early years while the strong structure supports its good alcohol content. But it is in aging that Il Montino Timorasso Derthona Colli Tortonesi Doc manifests all its mineral power and the typical hydrocarbon notes that characterize the grape variety.
Intense straw yellow. Deep mineral and flint notes, with bottle evolution it develops resinous and hydrocarbon scents. Full-bodied and structured, balanced and very persistent.
