Minaia takes its name from the cru of the same name that is part of the Gavi appellation in the Municipality of Gavi. The wine is made with only Cortese grapes from vines growing in the Pedaggeri locality, spontaneously ferments in wood and ferments for 24 hours, aging takes place in the same containers and is clarified by natural decantation without filtration.
