Minaia takes its name from the cru of the same name that is part of the Gavi appellation in the Municipality of Gavi. The wine is made with only Cortese grapes from vines growing in the Pedaggeri locality, spontaneously ferments in wood and ferments for 24 hours, aging takes place in the same containers and is clarified by natural decantation without filtration.
Intense, bright straw yellow with greenish highlights. Mineral, citrus, peach, tropical fruits, cut grass, herbs. Savory, fresh, persistent.

Spontaneous fermentation in 15hl used oak barrels with 24-hour maceration. Aging in the same barrels for 12 months with malolactic fermentation taking place. Clarification by natural decantation, no filtration, no added sulfites.
