Luigi Baudana Barolo Docg comes from the collaboration of the Baudana and Vajra wineries. To obtain this very elegant red wine, fermentation lasting about a month is carried out at the end of the harvest, followed by about ten days of maceration on the skins. Aging takes place in Slavonian oak barrels for 32 months. It is an intense and deep Barolo with a garnet red color.
