Tinduce is a passito wine made from Tintilla grapes left on the vine to overripe and harvested late. Vinification takes place in steel where the grapes ferment very slowly at a low temperature; the must is aged in barriques and in bottles.

Il Tinduce è un vino passito prodotto con uve di Tintilla lasciate in pianta a surmaturare e raccolte tardivamente. La vinificazione avviene in acciaio dove le uve fermentano molto lentamente a bassa temperatura, il mosto viene affinato in barrique e in bottiglia.

Vivid ruby red. Spices, marasca cherries in spirit, gum bread, bitter chocolate, tobacco. Tannic, fresh and savory, notes of chocolate and licorice.

Vincè comes directly from Vincenzo, the winery owner, who at the end of the last century rediscovered the Tintilla grape, which had almost disappeared at the time. It is part of the dyeing grapes, because of the skin that releases a lot of color on contact with tissues and makes this wine very intense in both color and taste.

Cantine Catabbo's 'Colle Cervino' Tintilia del Molise Doc is a red wine made from pure Tintilia grapes, an indigenous variety of Molise. The vines are grown at an altitude of about 300 meters (1,000 feet), harvested by hand and vinified in steel. The must ferments at a controlled temperature and the wine is aged for 12 months in steel. This wine is ruby red in color, warm and smooth.
