Gaggiarone is the estate's cru and takes its name from the vineyard that stands on a steeply sloping hillside facing southwest. The clay soils rise at an altitude between 250 and 300 meters. The vineyard is more than 40 years old and is cultivated without any kind of human intervention, without fertilization and with spontaneous grassing, respecting harvesting and processing times that are done manually.
