Cavariola is named after the vineyard from which it derives. On the terraces arranged amphitheatrically with slopes of 35% there also stand some vines over 70 years old. The soils have excellent exposure and allow the grapes to ripen optimally and produce a long-lived wine.
Ruby red with garnet highlights. Macerated red fruit, spices, toasted almond, herbs. Tannic, firm, lingering, smoky notes.
