Fay winery's Cà Moréi Valtellina Superiore Docg Valgella was born in the Cà Morei vineyard, located at 550 meters above sea level, where temperature swings between day and night ensure balanced ripening of the grapes, which following harvest are fermented on the skins for 7 days, followed by 12 months of aging in barrels and 15 months in the bottle. Thus is born a red wine of great character and personality.
