The Valtellina Superiore Riserva Docg Grumello "Sant'Antonio" from the Ar.Pe.Pe winery is a full-bodied red wine made from Nebbiolo grapes grown at about 450 meters above sea level in south-facing plots. Fermentation takes place in contact with the skins for 45 days in large wooden barrels, followed by aging in chestnut barrels for 60 months and subsequent bottle aging for 36 months. It is an elegant and refined wine, fresh and intense.
