A Metodo Classico Pas Dosè sparkling wine that involves a special vinification step. After cryomaceration on the skins, with subsequent inoculation of yeasts and frothing, the bottles are placed in metal cages and lowered to a depth of 60 meters, at a constant temperature of 15°C, where the wine ages for 36 months. Once resurfaced, tipping and disgorging takes place with subsequent refilling of the bottles with the same sparkling wine.
Straw yellow. Exotic fruit, buttery pastries, flowers, brioche. Enveloping and full-bodied, savory with brackish notes.

Fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. Foaming in bottle, according to the classic method, with selected yeasts. Maturation in bottle for 34 months, 26 of which in immersion. Disgorgement and refilling using the same sparkling wine, without any input of sugar dosages.
