"Quindicianni" Taurasi Riserva Docg from the Perillo winery, is a red wine made from pure Aglianico grapes, harvested from vines over 100 years old grown at 600 meters above sea level. The wine's name comes from its very long processing time: in fact, the grapes are fermented in steel for about a month, followed by aging in barrels for 14 years. The result is a rich, alcoholic red wine with strong and persistent notes.
