Terminum is made only from Gewürztraminer grapes grown on the hills of Tramin. The vineyard is located at an altitude between 400 and 500 meters and is influenced by strong temperature fluctuations. Its particular position within a basin shelters it from currents from Lake Garda and allows it to develop noble molds on the surface of the berries until the late harvest, which takes place in mid-December.
Golden yellow. Spice, peach, apple, citrus, flowers. Sweet, enveloping, savory, fresh, structured.

Grape harvest with noble rot in late December
