Hilberg Pasquero

Bright ruby red. Flowers, macerated fruit, balsamic and mineral notes, hints of sponge cake. Rich, balanced, flavorful, lingering.

A Nebbiolo d'Alba Superiore made from a careful blending of old vines from three different plots, all with a marly, limestone substrate. Patient vinification and barrel aging give this Nebbiolo a rich and unique character.
