Neige d'Or is a rich blend of white grapes, selected and vinified with the experience of more than 40 years, on different varieties with different types of aging. The name Neige d'or draws inspiration from the preciousness of the cuvée and the whiteness of the snow that whitens the mountains of Valle d'Aosta. It is a wine with a straw-yellow color, very harmonious and persistent.

Il Neige d'Or è un ricco blend di uve a bacca bianca, selezionate e vinificate con l'esperienza di oltre 40 anni, su diverse varietà con diversi tipi di affinamento. E' un vino dal colore giallo paglierino, molto armonico e persistente.

Golden yellow. Floral with notes of tropical fruit, herbs and cream. Fresh and mineral, lingering, slightly balsamic.

For the Chardonnay Cuvee Bois from Les Cretes, Constantine Charrere specially commissions barriques of fine woods with optimal toasting, which allow to soften the savory and mineral characteristics typical of mountain wines. Ageing sur lies and frequent bâtonnages result in a very balanced wine with important complexity.

Les Crêtes' Fleur is made from Petite Arvine, whose origins are attributed not only to the Aosta Valley, where it has grown for several centuries, but also Switzerland in the Valais area. After harvesting, the selected grapes are softly pressed and left to ferment in steel tanks for about 12 days, after which the 9-month aging period begins before bottling. A very robust vine adapted to the harsh climates of the high altitudes at which it grows. It is also called the glacier vine; the vineyards are located between 600 and 900 meters, and the high temperature ranges give the grapes a strong concentration of aromas. Cultivated in the sun in areas sheltered from the wind on low arid and poor soils.
