"Sacrantino," Cantina Pardi's high-end label, dmuch like Sagrantino di Montefalco DOCG, but made with grapes from the single vineyard located next to the winery in Pietrauta, and faithfully reflects what are the best qualities peculiar to the appellation. The "Sacrantino" is aged in large Austrian barrels, similar to the times of the regular Sagrantino but remains in the bottle for another 4 months.
