Eugenio Rosi's "Poiema" is a Trentino red wine made from Marzemino grapes, aged for 12 months in large oak and cherry wood barrels. It is made from a few hectares of vineyard set just south of Trento, more precisely in Vallagarina, dedicated in part to local varieties such as Marzemino from which this red is made in purity.
