Eugenio Rosi's "Poiema" is a Trentino red wine made from Marzemino grapes, aged for 12 months in large oak and cherry wood barrels. It is made from a few hectares of vineyard set just south of Trento, more precisely in Vallagarina, dedicated in part to local varieties such as Marzemino from which this red is made in purity.
Intense ruby red. Red fruits, tobacco, cloves, cocoa, vegetal and balsamic notes. Dense, tannic.
