Brunello di Montalcino is made from Sangiovese grapes grown using certified organic methods. The grapes come from two separate vineyards, Le Prata, stands at 507 meters above sea level with a southwest exposure and La Torre with a southeast exposure at 420 meters above sea level. The grapes from the two vineyards are combined for vinification, and the wine is not filtered before bottling.
Garnet red. Powdery, ripe fruit, flowers, spices, tobacco, sandalwood, herbs, meaty notes. Savory, fresh, slightly tannic, balsamic notes.

Spontaneous fermentation in steel with 28-30 days maceration. Aging in 30-50hl barrels for 36 months, then 10 months in bottle. No filtration.
