Poggio alle Mura is the result of the union of several clones of Sangiovese selected by the winery. The vineyards are cultivated, in the Montalcino area, on soils selected after careful studies of the terroir and identify the most suitable for Sangiovese. The soils have a good slope and are characterized by sediment and clay of a reddish color.
