Carbonaione is the result of years of study and experience to create the perfect combination of Sangiovese and the terroir of Ruffoli, a hamlet of Greve in Chianti. The wine's name comes from the Carbonaione vineyard, which stands on terraces at 450 meters above sea level with a west-southwest exposure.
Ruby red. Spices, eucalyptus, red fruit jam, tobacco, chocolate, mint. Decisive, fresh, tannic, persistent.
