I Sodi di San Niccolò is the winery's most important wine; the name refers to the church of San Niccolò that stands beside the vineyards, and "sodi" stands for the particularly hard and compact limestone soils. Sangiovese grapes combined with a small percentage of Malvasia Nera grown at an altitude of 430 meters without the use of pesticides are used.
