Terre Brune is Cantina Santadi's main wine known worldwide, born in the mid-1980s it was the first wine from Sardinia to be aged in barriques. It is made almost exclusively from Carignano grapes, to which a small percentage of Bovaleddu is added; the vineyards are free-range and are cultivated in the Sulcis area in the southwest of the island.

Between late September and early October

Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel for 15 days with maceration of the pomace. Aging in new French oak barrels for 16-18 months, then in bottle for 12 months with malolactic fermentation taking place.
