Ballu Tundu is the typical dance accompanied by accordion music that is made at village festivals in the Barbagie area. It is made from Cannonau grapes grown in the Garaunele locality in the countryside of Mamoiada. The vineyards are more than 100 years old and stand at an altitude of more than 700 meters, have very low yields and are harvested late.
