Jankara wine is made from Vermentino grapes grown only in the Jannaca vineyard in the Sant'Antonio di Gallura area. This is an ideal area for this very low-yielding grape; the sandy granitic soil rises at an altitude of 300 meters and is influenced by the nearby lake and mountains, which allow for excellent temperature ranges and a special microclimate.
Mild straw yellow. Peach, tropical fruit, herbs, spices. Glyceric, fresh, savory.
